Baseball season is back, and with it comes the issue of trying to keep up your healthy habits while at the ballpark.  Doctor Michael Roizen with the Cleveland Clinic says eating healthy is possible, but it's going to take some work.

Doctor Roizen says you should get up and move every inning. He also suggests getting up and walking around to see what the ballpark has to offer, something that allows you to get more steps along the way.  One ballpark staple that is good for you are peanuts.

Roizen recommends getting a bottle of water while you are there to stay hydrated.
