The divide between Prince Harry and Prince William continues to deepen, but that doesn't mean the relationship they once fostered is lost forever.

According to inside information obtained by Page Six, the royal brothers' ongoing rift is "very bad" (as the public had previously assumed), but it's not "irreparable." The source, believed to be "close to the situation," breathed a newfound sense of hope into the feud that has lasted for quite some time now. In fact, the last time the Prince of Wales and Duke of Sussex publicly united was back in 2022 for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral service.

Issues within the royal siblings' relationship began to arise in 2016 when Harry went public with his relationship with Meghan Markle whom he would go on to wed and start a family with. Page Six mentioned that William initially expressed reservations regarding the speed of the pair's developing relationship, and his opinions were not well received.

Then, in January 2023, Prince Harry released his memoir, Spare, in which he revealed intricacies about relationships within the royal family including that of his only brother. This drove an even deeper wedge between the two as William disagreed with divulging private information to the public, while Harry continued to speak out about his experience as a royal.

Despite an apparent lack of interaction, the world continues to remain hopeful that the beloved brothers will attempt to patch things up in the near future.
