It’s a decades-long tradition to store odd things in the freezer to help them last longer. But, there are some items that you should never put in the deep freeze. Here’s a list from “Real Simple.”
- Glass Mason Jars. Many types of glass jars shatter in the cold
- Carbonated Beverages and Canned Drinks. They explode
- Batteries. Duracell says this is a big no-no and won’t help
- Makeup or Beauty Products. The texture changes and the makeup could separate or get moldy
- Electronics or Tech Devices. The cold could affect the product’s lifespan
