After several years of successfully co-hosting with Ryan Seacrest on 102.7 KIIS-FM (and several more years prior with Rick Dees) Ellen was offered the opportunity to host her own morning show on iHeart radio's KOST 103.5.

In addition to her work in radio, Ellen voiced the Grammys for 10 years as well as the Voice of the Oscars and other ABC, CBS + TV projects.

Ellen launched an annual fundraiser for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Giving Tuesday which has raised millions of dollars over the years.

Ellen is a Board Member at CHLA and Loyola High School. Recently Ellen was inducted into the Radio Hall Fame, named the iHeart Radio personality of the year and received a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Ellen is an Emmy and Marconi Award winner and the host of the Chinese Theatre Hollywood hand and foot print installations.

Ellen lives in the Hollywood Hills with her husband Roy and son Calvin, a Sr at Stanford University.

Ellen is the longest continuously airing morning radio personality in the #1 radio market and also holds the distinction of being the first female lead anchor of a morning radio show in LA radio history to rank #1 among all Persons 6+, thanks in very large part to iHeart media's pioneering spirit and support of women.

The Ellen K Morning Show is heard weekday mornings from 5 – 10 am on KOST 103.5 and The Ellen K Weekend Show is heard Saturday mornings from 6 - 10 am on 50-different markets in the U.S.
