U.S. Workers Aren’t Feeling That Mental Wellbeing Is Supported At Work

If you’re in burnout or feel stressed at work, you aren’t alone. A recent poll shows that workers are increasingly feeling unsupported by their employers for workplace well-being. This is despite over 80-percent of employees stating the importance of mental health support when seeking job opportunities. The poll by recruitment firm Robert Walters, shows 60-percent of professionals think employers should be doing more to preserve employee well-being. Over half expect more from employers when it comes to employee well-being. The poll also reveals that nearly 90- percent of workers consider their well-being a top priority.
