How To Break Your Doomscrolling Habit

If you want to get out of the habit of doomscrolling, your brain can help. You don’t need an app or to delete social media…just be mindful. Doomscrolling is habit and that means you can tweak it. Here some ideas:

  • Try setting screentime limits
  • Set your screen to monochrome
  • Reorganize your apps. Putting your social media in the back of your last page does the trick.Think: out of sight, out of mind
